Terry was very accommodating and accessbile.  He was also very responsive to questions I had.  He made special arrangements to accommodate my son's schedule for the delivery of the vehicle and in fact, delivered the car to our home.  By far away, the overall best experience I have had in leasing and/or purchasing a vehicle.  Terry does a great job in representing Infiniti.

The staff was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  We were extremely pleased with the service they provided.  My husband's comment, when I brought our car home, was that we would definitely consider driving the 1.5 hrs to Bedford, if our next new car choice is an Infiniti again!

Infiniti of Bedford is by far the most satisfying dealership I have ever been to.  Repeatedly, they provide outstanding service and should be commended.  I have owned an Audi and Jeep, and each experience was pleasant but the auto service that Infiniti provides far surpasses others.  They bring my car back cleaner than I left it and running smoother than when they picked it up.  It is hassle free.

My experience was great as it was the first time I bought an Infiniti. This was part of my reason for purchasing my new Infiniti. Other reasons were the wonderful treatment by the salesperson. Everything was carefully explained and if I didn't quite understand it was explained again. In the process of shopping all the features were pointed out for me the best feature was the keyless start.
