Review

I liked the sales experience because I finally got what I wanted.  I had been thinking about getting an Infiniti automobile for a few years and during the summer clearance event I decided to go for it.  So I was an easy sale for Infiniti of Bedford as I was already sold on the vehicle before I arrived on their lot.  The people at Infiniti of Bedford were very friendly and helpful.

Review

Infiniti of Bedford is by far the most satisfying dealership I have ever been to.  Repeatedly, they provide outstanding service and should be commended.  I have owned an Audi and Jeep, and each experience was pleasant but the auto service that Infiniti provides far surpasses others.  They bring my car back cleaner than I left it and running smoother than when they picked it up.  It is hassle free.

very relaxed.  Straightforward.  I didn't feel like I was being "sold."  it felt like a mutual arrangement in which both the dealer and I were trying to reach acceptable terms that would be satisfactory to each of us.
