Terry was very accommodating and accessbile.  He was also very responsive to questions I had.  He made special arrangements to accommodate my son's schedule for the delivery of the vehicle and in fact, delivered the car to our home.  By far away, the overall best experience I have had in leasing and/or purchasing a vehicle.  Terry does a great job in representing Infiniti.

The staff was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  We were extremely pleased with the service they provided.  My husband's comment, when I brought our car home, was that we would definitely consider driving the 1.5 hrs to Bedford, if our next new car choice is an Infiniti again!

This is my 2nd Infiniti and the Infiniti of Bedford dealership is exceptional!  Although I bought this 35MX in Illinois I feel the service dept. is very professional and knowledgeable and treats me as if I purchased my vehicle in Bedford!  Keep up the good work!
