Beverly was an excellent service rep, efficient and friendly. When I called her on why the call took longer than quoted, she clearly explains that due to the sudden snowfall, more cars came into change to snow tires than expected which caused the delay. However, she promised that they would stay as late as needed to ensure all cars were completed that day, and I did not have to go back on Mon.

The staff (service dept., sales dept., front desk) at Infiniti of Bedford have always been courteous and polite to me. The service work performed has always been satisfactory. These are a few of the reasons why I keep coming back to have my car serviced at this dealership.

Terry was very accommodating and accessbile. He was also very responsive to questions I had. He made special arrangements to accommodate my son's schedule for the delivery of the vehicle and in fact, delivered the car to our home. By far away, the overall best experience I have had in leasing and/or purchasing a vehicle. Terry does a great job in representing Infiniti.

This was our first experience at Bedford Infiniti, recommended for warranty covered repair work. The staff was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were extremely pleased with the service they provided. My husband's comment, when I brought our car home, was that we would definitely consider driving the 1.5 hrs to Bedford, if our next new car choice is an Infiniti again!
