Review

Beverly was an excellent service rep, efficient and friendly. When I called her on why the call took longer than quoted, she clearly explains that due to the sudden snowfall, more cars came into change to snow tires than expected which caused the delay. However, she promised that they would stay as late as needed to ensure all cars were completed that day, and I did not have to go back on Mon.

Review

The staff (service dept., sales dept., front desk) at Infiniti of Bedford have always been courteous and polite to me. The service work performed has always been satisfactory. These are a few of the reasons why I keep coming back to have my car serviced at this dealership.
